Donations and support

Fulham Good Neighbours relies on donations from friends and supporters to continue our work. The more money we can raise, the more good work we can do and the more people we can help.

There are several ways you can make a donation.

Go to our Virgin Money Giving page and click on ‘Make a donation’ or ‘Make a monthly donation’. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal. Virgin Money Giving will charge a 2% transaction fee to cover their costs and there is a processing fee for cards and PayPal of 1.45-1.6%.

By text message

This service is provided by Vodaphone’s JustTextGiving. Text ‘FGNS11’ and the amount you would like to donate (£1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10) to 70070. Texts are charged at your mobile phone operator’s standard rate and we will receive 100% of your donation. You must be 16 or over and please ask the bill payer’s permission. See the full terms and conditions.

By eating out!

Please use Charitable Bookings whenever you reserve a table and for each person dining out on your booking we will receive £1 at no cost to you.

By shopping!

This is another clever way of raising money for us when you shop online. All the big retailers are signed up – and because it’s the stores who donate, it adds nothing to the price of the shopping.

Please try it here.

By cheque

Send us a cheque, payable to Fulham Good Neighbour Service – see contact details. Please also download and complete a Charity Gift Aid Declaration and send it with your cheque.

If you include your name and address, we’ll send you a thank you letter.

Regular donations and legacies

If you would like to set up a standing order to donate to us regularly, please ask us for our bank account details.

Please consider making a bequest to Fulham Good Neighbours in your will. Remember to quote our full name, address and charity number – 1113752.

Gift Aid

The scheme allows us to claim back tax on donations made by UK taxpayers and this is equivalent to an extra 25% on your donation.

If you are sending us a cheque, please complete and return a  Charity Gift Aid Declaration to allow us to claim.

If you are donating online or by text message, then Virgin Money Giving or JustTextGiving will reclaim Gift Aid and pay it to us.
